or Allegation of Sexual Abuse
of a Minor Against a Jesuit

| The Detroit Province of the Society
of Jesus takes allegations of sexual abuse of a minor seriously
and will promptly report every allegation and complaint that
is brought to its attention. The Provincial has designated a
victim assistance coordinator to receive reports of sexual misconduct.
Currently, the victim assistance coordinator is Fr. Thomas Radloff,
S.J., [(419) 865-5743 ext. 242]. |

| Often there exists an overlap
of suitable jurisdiction when an allegation is submitted. Our
goal is to ensure the safety of all persons and respect for
the privacy and reputation of the persons involved. Therefore,
the Province commits itself to work with the appropriate diocesan
offices or Jesuit schools or other ministries in investigating
allegations, and will cooperate fully with any investigation
by law enforcement. |
